CFS: What to Expect and What to Do
There is no accepted course of illness for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), therefore it is impossible to know what to expect if you have it. The illness often is cyclical, alternating between periods of being quite sick and a degree of well-being.
Some patients experience partial or complete remission of symptoms. Do not dismay if the symptoms return. This on-again, off-again pattern makes CFS especially hard to manage, but not impossible to live with or overcome.
Some people enjoy a “recovery” from CFS within the first six months to three years. Beware, though, that this may not be a permanent condition. It can be a temporary remission.
Also, if you’ve had the illness for 3 years plus, statistics do not bode well that’s you’ll experience a total recovery.
YOU DON’T HAVE TO PAY ATTENTION TO SUCH STATISTICS!
Thank goodness none of this data has to apply to you! Now that we have other health tools like Sacred Cellular Healing (SCH), you have more choices and there are some really important and helpful tools and methodologies out there today. As the founder of Get Well Health, I, Cinda Crawford, am recovered from a severe, complicated case of CFS after having suffered for over 15 years. My life was literally made anew when I discovered energy healing and developed the SCH protocol.
Note: Typically when a person is sick for 15 years, recovery is almost unheard of. Check around. You’ll see this is true and what a awesome miracle my healing really is.
