Today’s topic, Auxigro= MSG Sprayed on Food = MCS, Multiple Chemical Sensitivity and more, is a huge and scary one. More and more of us have trouble with allergy-type symptoms, autoimmune problems, disease states that seem to come out of nowhere, but never seem to leave us. I believe in these concepts. Stress comes to us all, but individually, we choose to accept it and either be bothered by it -OR- choose to live with it POSITIVELY. Life's stressors do not have to be perceived as horrible, but instead used as mechanisms that we use to grow and heal our lives. EXAMPLE: Positive energy is inherent in positive reactions to stress itself and yields positive, long term health results. Negative energy can do the same thing, if we choose to create positive results from it INSTEAD...AND GROW!

During most of the time I thought of myself to be chronically ill, I doubted the wisdom of having silver amalgam fillings in my mouth because I didn't think that a major ingredient of those fillings was safe. Why? Because more and more evidence suggested that toxic mercury fillings weren't good for me!

That's when I backed up my beliefs with my money and had all of the mercury fillings taken out of my mouth. Even with dental insurance picking up a big part of the tab, it took about five years to accomplish. But each time a filling became unstable or more decay was evident in a tooth, I had my dentist remove the filling and replace it with a crown (e.g. Take the mercury out; put none back in.).

Today, there are are other options besides doing only crown work. (See the link below.) Eventually, my health improved and so did the health of my entire mouth.

Before taking out the amalgam fillings, I had quite a few cavities every year. Sometimes, seven or eight! After removing it all, I have not had one cavity in years.

I don't give my personal dental "project" full credit for getting me well of all my chronic illness problems, but I strongly believe it was an important step in improving my health. Without daily exposure to toxic mercury fillings, my immune system had a better chance to right itself and finally heal. In the end, your health may depend upon the choices you make in removing your toxic mercury fillings.
